Peptomi Rewards — Terms & Conditions

Agreement

Peptomi Rewards (“Program”) is operated by Peptomi Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) for registered customers of peptomi.com.au. These Program Terms & Conditions (“Program Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Peptomi Labs.

By creating an account, entering a referral code, earning or redeeming rewards, or otherwise participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Program Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.

If there is a conflict between these Program Terms and our Terms of Service on a purchase or checkout matter, the Terms of Service prevail for that purchase. These Program Terms govern rewards, referrals, points, store credit, and member tiers.

Definitions

“Store credit” means promotional account balance issued by us, usable only at checkout on peptomi.com.au.
“Points” means loyalty units that may convert automatically into store credit under these Program Terms.
“Referrer” means a member whose referral code is used by another customer.
“Referee” means a customer who uses a referrer’s code at checkout.
“Eligible order value” means the merchandise subtotal after discounts and eligible fees, excluding shipping, taxes, excluded products, and amounts paid with store credit, as determined by our systems.
“Qualifying status” means the order status or statuses configured for the Program when rewards are issued.

Eligibility and participation

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under applicable law.
Participation is limited to registered customer accounts on peptomi.com.au. The Program is offered for Australian delivery addresses unless we state otherwise.
One account per person. You must provide accurate account and checkout information.
Email verification may be required before your account can log in and use rewards.
Participation is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or share account access for reward purposes.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Program Terms.
The Program is a discretionary promotion. We may modify, suspend, or end it at any time.

Points

You earn 1 pt / $1 on the eligible value of your own qualifying purchases. A referred friend’s first discounted order does not earn purchase points for the buyer. You also earn the same rate on a referred friend’s qualifying purchases, including their first qualifying order.
Points have no cash value until converted. They convert to store credit automatically when qualifying orders reach the Program’s qualifying status. No manual redemption step is required.
Unused points and converted store credit expire 12 months after they are issued unless we state otherwise in writing.
Points are awarded only when an order reaches qualifying status: Completed.
Points are calculated on eligible order value. Shipping, tax, excluded products, and store credit applied to an order reduce or eliminate the amount that earns points.
Points balances shown in your account are for convenience only. Our internal records determine eligibility, calculation, expiry, and reversal.

Store credit

Store credit has no cash value except where expressly permitted for approved affiliate cash-out requests under separate affiliate terms.
Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash on standard member accounts, and may only be used at checkout on peptomi.com.au while the Program is active.
Unless a sale or promotion disables store credit for that order (see “Promotions and sales”), store credit may be used together with valid promo discount codes at checkout.
Minimum credit redemption per order: $1.00.
Store credit expires 12 months after it is issued. Expired credit is forfeited.
If an order paid with store credit is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, we may restore credit, adjust balances, or reverse related rewards as we reasonably determine.

Referrals

Each member receives a personal referral code to share. Codes must be entered at checkout. We do not use trackable referral links for the standard member Program.
Referral codes are licensed for lawful promotion only. We may change, revoke, or reassign codes that are misleading, offensive, infringe third-party rights, or otherwise breach these Program Terms.
First qualifying order only: a referred friend receives a one-time 25% discount. That discount does not combine with their member tier discount. They do not earn purchase points on that order. You earn 1 pt / $1 on that order’s eligible value when it reaches qualifying status.
The referee discount is one-time per customer/email and cannot be reused on later orders.
When a customer uses your code, their email address is locked to you for referral purposes. The first valid code applied to that email wins; they cannot switch to another referrer.
Referral rewards are limited to one referrer relationship per referred customer account or email. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, household manipulation, and circular referral arrangements are prohibited.
A referral shown as incomplete or pending in your account has not yet qualified for reward. We are not liable for referrals that do not complete checkout, reach qualifying status, or meet eligibility rules.
On a referred friend’s later qualifying orders, they receive their own member tier discount (if any) and earn points as described in the Points section. You receive your member-tier referral percentage of eligible order value plus the points rate in the Points section, unless we expressly state otherwise for your account type.
You must not spam, mislead, or make false claims when sharing your code. You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, consumer, and disclosure laws, including Australian Consumer Law and ACCC guidance where applicable.
Unless a sale or promotion disables referrer earnings for that order (see “Promotions and sales”), referral rewards are issued under the rules in this section.

Member tiers

Bronze, Silver, and Gold are based on one combined total: your lifetime eligible spend plus referred customers’ completed eligible purchase value. Silver requires $1,500.00 combined; Gold requires $5,000.00 combined.

Bronze (Starting tier): 5% discount + 5% referral earnings
Silver ($1,500.00+ in your orders and referral purchases): 7.5% discount + 7.5% referral earnings
Gold ($5,000.00+ in your orders and referral purchases): 10% discount + 10% referral earnings

Tier status is determined from our internal transaction records. Tier progress may update after order completion and can be adjusted following refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Your standing member tier discount is applied automatically to eligible orders in your cart, subject to product exclusions and stacking rules below.
A referred friend’s first-order referral discount replaces their member tier discount on that order. Their member tier discount applies on later orders.
Member tier order discounts may be used with eligible promotions unless that promotion disables member discounts (see “Promotions and sales”). Referral discounts cannot be combined with member tier discounts.
We may recalculate tier standing if we identify errors, abuse, or ineligible transactions.

Promotions and sales

From time to time we run storewide or limited-time sales and promotional campaigns (including promo codes, discount rules, and sale pricing).
During any sale or promotion, we may disable, suspend, or limit Program benefits at checkout or when rewards are issued. This may include store credit redemption, member tier order discounts, and referrer earnings (including first-order referral store credit and ongoing referral earnings). Where a benefit is disabled for an order, stacking rules above do not apply because that benefit is unavailable.
When a sale or promo rule disables a benefit, that benefit will not apply to affected orders even if these Program Terms would otherwise allow it. Campaign terms shown at checkout, on the product page, or in sale materials prevail for that promotion.
We may also prevent stacking of sale or promo codes with store credit, member discounts, or referral codes on a per-promotion basis.

Excluded products

No products are currently listed as globally excluded from member benefits. We may designate excluded products at any time.

Other member benefits

Eligible members may receive $25.00 store credit once per calendar year on their birthday when birthday rewards are enabled. Birthday rewards require a valid date of birth on file and are issued at our discretion.
Verified members may receive free express shipping on eligible orders shipped within Australia, subject to product exclusions and checkout conditions.

Taxes

You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards you receive, to the extent required by law. We do not provide tax advice.

Privacy and communications

We collect and use account, order, referral, and reward data to operate the Program, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your rewards. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Prohibited conduct

Creating duplicate accounts, using false identities, or manipulating checkout to generate rewards.
Self-referrals, referral swapping, coupon stacking abuse, or coordinated fraud.
Using bots, scripts, or automated means to earn or redeem rewards.
Misrepresenting Peptomi Labs, our products, or the Program in referral promotion.
Attempting to exploit system errors, pricing mistakes, or reward calculation bugs.

Adjustments, reversals, and investigations

Rewards may be withheld, adjusted, reversed, or clawed back for cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, chargeback, or fraudulent orders.
If an order leaves qualifying status after rewards were issued, we may reverse related points, credit, tier progress, and referral records.
We may investigate unusual referral patterns, duplicate accounts, coupon abuse, or other suspicious activity. You agree to cooperate and provide information we reasonably request.
Our determination of eligibility and reward amounts is final, subject to non-excludable consumer rights.
Program participation may be suspended or terminated immediately for breach of these Program Terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.

Termination and forfeiture

We may suspend or terminate the Program or your participation at any time.
If your account is closed for breach or fraud, unused points and store credit may be forfeited without compensation.
Upon Program termination, unused rewards may expire on the date we specify in notice to members.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, or that any particular reward will be available at a given time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the Program.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the greater of (a) AUD $100 or (b) the value of store credit we issued to your account in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Program Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, or other right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable non-excludable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptomi Labs and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Program Terms, misuse of referral codes, false or misleading promotion, or violation of applicable law in connection with the Program.

Changes

We may change reward rates, tier thresholds, excluded products, qualifying rules, expiry periods, and these Program Terms at any time. Material changes will be published in your account Guide, on the public rewards terms page, or by other reasonable notice. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Program Terms, stop participating and contact us to close your account.

General

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and Australia.
No partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture is created between you and Peptomi Labs through participation in the Program.
You may not assign your rights under these Program Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a restructure, sale, or transfer of business.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
