Express shipping

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express. Express is the only shipping method we offer.

Same-day dispatch cut-off

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are usually dispatched on the next business day.

Processing vs delivery

Dispatch time is when your order leaves us. Delivery time is how long Australia Post then takes to get the parcel to your address. These are two separate steps — a same-day dispatch does not mean same-day delivery.

Discreet packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product names displayed on the outside.

Tracking

Australia Post tracking details are provided right after your order is placed, so you can follow your parcel from the start.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or busy periods — but we will help where we can.

Address mistakes

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address may need to be re-shipped at your cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos if something arrived damaged or never showed up.
