By using peptomi.com.au or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to purchase.
Research use only
Products are for laboratory and research purposes only — not for human consumption or clinical use. You confirm you understand the nature of the products you buy.
Orders
We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders that appear fraudulent or high-risk. An order is confirmed only when we accept it and payment is verified.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before dispatch.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you once the carrier has the parcel. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns & refunds
Issues with damaged, wrong, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Rewards & referrals
Peptomi Rewards — including points, store credit, member tiers, and referrals — is governed by the Rewards Program Terms. Those Program Terms apply in addition to these Terms of Service. If there is a conflict on a purchase or checkout matter, these Terms of Service prevail for that purchase.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Peptomi Labs is not liable for misuse of products or indirect damages arising from your use of the site or products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
